Fran Rosa Nominated by AJDIII

Fran is the most positive person I have ever meet and all I wish for is to be half as happy as her. She just exudes positivity and is a pleasure to to know. She is a paraprofessional in the Tiverton school district and just thinking about her as I type this puts a smile on my face, and that is saying something because I am not the most optimistic person that there is. She is a true beacon of goodwill and happiness!!!!!!
