I nominate Rebecca Cottle of Tiverton. While many residents were focused on wearing masks or current events, Rebecca added some good to the town. She created a Facebook group in October 2020 called Tiverton Pets. This group of 439 members as of this nomination has become a great place for residents to share pictures and short conversations about one or more of their pets. A weekly contest is used to select the Pet of the Week. I am not sure if Rebecca is giving out a prize for the Pet of the Week, but I am sure that the winner has bragging rights for a least 7 days. Rebecca has provided a fun way to interact within our community and takes the safety of her neighbors into account by restricting her contribution to pet only and only positive posts on her page.
