Russell has provided his kind heart and actions throughout this entire winter of 2020-2021 in our apartment community. With every snow day he has gone around the complex brushing off and shoveling around the cars of all the elderly and handicapped without for free. He is well liked and friendly to everyone he sees and will take the time to greet each and every resident with a smile and conversation. Everyone needs to know and have a Russell Willey in their life. He so deserves to be rewarded as he has always refused to take any cash offerings from any of his neighbors for his acts of kindness.
