Barbie Lewis nominated by Laura Mello

Times are tough. With many families struggling to put food on the table, it is also hard to provide for the family pet’s needs. Barbie started a local chapter of Family Pet Advocates. She coordinates donations of pet needs like food, treats, blankets, and more. She volunteers her time at local food pantries and distribution sites to give pet supplies to families who can use them. Because of her efforts, many families are able to hold onto their pets when they otherwise may not be able to. Thanks, Barbie, for your kindness to people and pets alike!
